By accessing handwired.co or purchasing any product from Handwired LLC, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Digital Products

Handwired LLC sells digital products — specifically Claude Code skill files (.md) bundled for download. Upon successful payment you receive a time-limited download link via email.

• Download links expire 72 hours after issue. Contact us if your link has expired before you could download.
• You may use the skill files on any number of personal or commercial projects you work on directly.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the skill files as a standalone product or as part of another toolkit.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at hello@handwired.co and we will make it right.

Intellectual Property

All skill files, documentation, and site content are the intellectual property of Handwired LLC. Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the files — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is". Handwired LLC makes no warranty that the skill files will be error-free or suitable for every use case. Skill files are prompts for use with third-party AI tools (Claude Code / Anthropic); we are not responsible for output generated by those tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handwired LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
